There's nothing new in this New York Times article. The only controversial issue reported seems to be the "potency" topic. I know the pro-legalization advocates claim a more potent marijuana is not true, that it's always been the same with some strains more potent than others. Back in the day we were always looking for "primo" hash or sensimilia pot. Like fine wine, some are "better" than others. However fine wine is no more addictive than "Wild Irish Rose." Government studies are claiming all strains are of high potency now. Maybe they are but does that make them more addictive? Is Southern Comfort more potent than Pabst Blue Ribbon? You bet it is.
