Association of Intervention Specialists— The AIS is a network of interventionists located throughout the country and abroad. Members guide families and friends, business executives, and others through the intervention process whereby a person engaged in self-destructive behavior is encouraged to accept help. All members meet or exceed basic educational and performance standards and all adhere to AIS Ethical Principles.
Full Circle Intervention — Full Circle Interventionist executive director and co-founder Kristina Wandzilak wrote a memoir, The Lost Years, with her mother, Constance Curry, that chronicles their parallel journey through addiction and co-dependency into the recovery they both enjoy today. In January 2008, Nightline filmed Kristina leading a family through an intervention.
